Lynn and I prepared this dish from a Blue Apron recipe.
The arayes were very good, juicy, and rather sweet... the Labneh cheese with lemon juice really made it pop.
The roasted seasoned broccoli added a crisp and tasty element to the meal. All in all, a nice and different meal.


Ingredients:

10 ounces ground lamb & beef blend
2 pitas
2 yellow onion
1 lemon
1/2 pound broccoli
1 large bunch parsley


2 tablespoons golden raisins
1/4 cup labneh cheese
1 tablespoon baharat spice blend
